Tips for caring for your Pocket Bike
Perform the following tasks on your pocket bike regularly to ensure long life and safe riding.
Check the spark plug
You should remove and visually inspect your spark plug regularly. You can find the top of your engine in a protective boot. There should be white or black, but golden brown or light. A white candle suggests that the temperature of your engine is too high. Its fuel mix may be too thin may be necessary adjusting.or you may need to adjust the mixture of fuel and oil. Too rich a fuel mixture to cover their fuel without burning the candle that appear dark. A color black is also produced from coal or oil and is an indication that the changing needs doing. Clean Air Filter

Remove the filter, check for damage and clean with a cleaning solution approved. In an emergency water soap can be used instead, but very careful to rinse all the soap. "Add a drops of oil filter. Idle adjustment screw

Inspect and adjust brakes
Some bikes have hydraulic brakes, but most are equipped with disc brakes, which are easy to maintain. Remove the brake on a regular schedule and visual inspection of wear and scratches. Change blocks before they are too thin. Check the cable and housing and tighten barrels levers and replace worn parts. You can adjust the brakes if necessary to loosen lock nut and tighten or loosen the nut. Leave a space in the cable as the cable too tight resulting friction and wear. Make sure the wheels lock properly after they have completed their adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
Lubricate
We can emphasize enough that regular lubrication with a good quality oil is essential to keep your bike in Great Shape. Your guide will show you the lubrication point. Over greasing is not likely to be a problem, but lubrication under all types of damage to his bike, which of course affects the performance and life.
Check tires
Check your tires regularly for damage, bulging and wear and replaced before they cause a problem when you travel.
